Overview of ETM Classes and the LS Application
The English Teaching Methodology (ETM) Classes
Below is an overview of ETM and the ETM Process. In each ETM class, students teach at either an elementary school or junior high school. In these classes, they try to apply content from ETM to actual teaching and then reflect on their experience.

We use the Lesson Study Application (LS APP) to help ETM Members grow from this experience.
Hoped-for Benefits of the LS Application
1. Skills in doing observation and giving feedback
We will learn how to observe the important points of lessons and give helpful feedback to others.
2. Bridging the Theory/Gap Divide to Promote Teacher Development
Teacher development refers to students progress in attaining ETM goals.
